By accessing or using AIEmployee.com, including any related software, tools, APIs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize AIEmployee.com to charge recurring fees according to the plan selected. All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute harmful content, attempt to reverse engineer systems, or misuse AI outputs.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, models, branding, software, and content provided by AIEmployee.com are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit.
7. AI Disclosure and Responsible Use
AIEmployee.com provides artificial intelligence powered tools designed to assist with communication, automation, and decision support. AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
- You remain responsible for reviewing and approving AI outputs before use
- AIEmployee.com does not guarantee outcomes produced by AI systems
You agree not to use AIEmployee.com to generate deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content, or to misrepresent AI outputs as human generated where prohibited by law.
8. API Terms Addendum
Use of AIEmployee.com APIs is subject to these Terms and the following conditions:
- API access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time
- You may not exceed rate limits or attempt to bypass safeguards
- You may not use API outputs to train competing AI systems
- You are responsible for ensuring lawful handling of any data sent through the API
APIs are provided as-is without uptime guarantees.
9. Agency and White Label Compliance
If you resell, white label, or deploy AIEmployee.com on behalf of clients, you agree that:
- You are responsible for client onboarding, disclosures, and consent
- You must not misrepresent AIEmployee.com capabilities or guarantees
- You are responsible for compliance with local regulations affecting your clients
- You may not repackage the Services in violation of these Terms
AIEmployee.com is not liable for downstream misuse by agencies or their clients.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided as-is and as-available. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
AIEmployee.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
AIEmployee.com may send appointment-related information such as confirmations and reminders to customers who have made appointments and have agreed to receive promotional and notification SMS messages.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 757-532-8628. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
